Wonderful hip new hotel with affable and super friendly staff. Very comfy bed, reasonably large room with central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. Marvelous, favorable location in nature. Located just next door to the hot tub, many attractions, and stores.

The location was convenient, and the staff was super friendly throughout our stay. It was only a 10-minute walk to the Springbrook Dr bus stop.

my stay at the holiday inn express in coon rapids was fantastic. the staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. the room was clean and the amenities were top-notch. i especially appreciated the excellent breakfast and the attentive service from the manager.

We loved the quiet and comfortable room with a great view. Having a kitchen was a nice bonus. the hotel's workout facilities and pool were fantastic. We also appreciated the convenient location within walking distance of downtown and many neighborhoods, as well as restaurants and sights to see.
